Acceptance

By accessing portalstonebase.click or enrolling in a Portal Stone Base program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book a session.

Services described

Program descriptions, rates, and schedules on this site are informational. A booking is confirmed only when we reply in writing with date, format, and fee. We may decline a booking that falls outside our scope (for example, requests for signals or account management).

No investment advice warranty

Training covers risk-managed trade planning and setup validation methods. Nothing on this site or in a session is a personal investment recommendation, solicitation to buy or sell any instrument, or a promise of profit. Trading involves risk of loss.

Intellectual property

Plan templates, handouts, and site content belong to Portal Stone Base or its licensors. You may keep materials provided for your personal use. You may not copy, resell, or teach from our materials commercially without written consent.

Conduct in sessions

Participants must treat others respectfully, keep peer trade details confidential, and avoid recording sessions without prior consent. We may remove a participant who disrupts a clinic without refund beyond what the refund policy allows.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, Portal Stone Base is not liable for trading losses, indirect damages, or decisions you make after a session. Our aggregate liability relating to a paid program is limited to the fees you paid for that program.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Chiang Mai have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or our services.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
