How Portal Stone Base collects, uses, and retains personal data for training inquiries and bookings in Thailand.

Data we collect
- Contact details you send (name, email, phone if provided)
- Program interest, markets traded, and message content
- Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited (when analytics cookies are accepted)
- Booking and payment references exchanged offline (we do not process card payments on this site)
Purposes
We use data to respond to inquiries, schedule clinics and coaching, improve the site, and meet legal record-keeping duties in Thailand.
Legal bases
We process data based on your request to receive a response or contract performance for booked programs, our legitimate interest in operating a secure website, and consent where you accept optional analytics cookies.
Retention
Inquiry emails are kept up to 24 months after the last reply unless a longer period is needed for an active booking dispute. Booking records are retained up to 5 years for accounting. Analytics data follows the durations in our Cookies page.
Sharing
We use email and hosting providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. Authorities may receive data when Thai law requires disclosure.
International transfers
Some processors may store data outside Thailand. Where that occurs, we seek appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses with the provider.
Your rights
Subject to Thai law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may withdraw cookie consent at any time. Email hello@portalstonebase.click with “Privacy request” in the subject. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant Thai data protection authority.
Children
Programs are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
